Meeting called to Order at 1:00 P.M.

Introduction of members called for. 13 members were present.

Minutes of November was read and approved.

Deb Palmer read the Treasurers report and it was approved.

Deb reported on the donations that the Board of Directors approved at their December meeting:
Riverton VFW Relief Fund                                                       $175.00
Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies                                       $175.00
Set Free Church                                                                      $175.00
Fremont County Search and Rescue                                       $175.00
Christian Food Store House                                                    $150.00
Riverton Heritage Center                                                       $150.00
Public Lands for the People                                                    $500.00

We have received “Thank You” notes from Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies, Christian Food Store House, Riverton V.F.W. Relief Fund, and the Riverton Heritage Center.

Discussion was held on the main Raffle at the Annual Outing. Bring your suggestions to the March 14th meeting so we can have time to order whatever we decide on and get it here before the Outing.

Deb Palmer made a motion to table any action and/or ideas until March 14th. Seconded by Rick Schroeder seconded and the motion carried.

After discussion Randy Hutchison made a motion to send Dubois Fire Dist. A $200.00 donation, seconded by Jim Brines and the motion carried.

Next Meeting will be March 14, 2015

Pot Luck lunch at 12 noon                       Meeting will start at 1:00 P.M.
